Here’s the journey, every consultation starts with an in depth skin analysis. The findings from this thorough and close examination will inform the next part of the journey, an individually prepared treatment plan which will in most cases include a ‘salon service’ combined with a robust ‘home care plan’.

We acknowledge that everyone is different, accordingly skin concerns and issues will vary in severity and complexity, consequently addressing these concerns needs to be specific to the individual….

  • What dates & times can I book?
    Online clinic bookings with Yvette are available on Mondays & Thursdays (am & pm).
  • What happens after I make my booking?
    Once your booking has been made, you'll be asked to complete a Pre-Consultation Form and supply a picture of your skin/concern.
  • How do I take a picture of my skin?
    Please take a photo of your skin against a window in day light (bathrooms work well). To feel more comfortable, you may like to digitally cover eyes or just zoom in on their areas of concern.
  • Do I have to fill in a Pre Consultation Form?
    Yes, this form is vital. The findings from this thorough Pre Consultation Form will help Yvette to understand and address your unique skin needs.
  • Where can I find the Pre Consultation Review Form?
    The form will be linked to your booking confirmation email.
  • Where will the Online Session take place ?
    This is a 'one to one' private consultation is via a ZOOM call, you choose, at home, at work or a quiet location of your choice. Step by step guidance will be given in your confirmation email, all you need to do is 'click' on the link at your appointment time.
  • Do I need to remove all my make-up, including eye make-up?
    Yes, all make-up including all eye make-up needs to be removed. This will ensure that during your analysis Yvette is able to truly assess and observe your skin’s natural condition.
  • What happens if my analysis sessions runs over time?
    At the start of your analysis Yvette will outline a few options that will be made available to you, rest assured Yvette is not a robot working within strict time windows, client satisfaction is and always will be the main aim of P&B.
